Players Philosophy

Guidelines: The playing philosophy for all of the Academy's teams are defined by the following basic guidelines:

• Players should be exceptional players, with exceptional abilities.

• Players have to control the ball at top speed and under extreme pressure.

• Players have to be able to control the ball without losing the overview of the game.

Goals:

• To develop skilled, self confident players who can play effectively with teammates.

• To combine speed with skill.

• To encourage creative play.

• To encourage excellence in sportsmanship and behavior.

• To make the game enjoyable and fun.
