| Why does the Setup program say "Out of Disk Space" even though the installation drive has plenty of disk space available? | SBA requires that several system files be installed into your system directory which is typically on your primary hard drive (C:). So, even if you have sufficient space on the secondary hard drive (such as drive D:), the Setup program may need additional space on the system drive. |
| Why do some players show more games played than they actually have played in? | If a player's stats are saved on the Stats form, even if the values are all zeros the player will be treated as if they have played the game. If the stat values are displayed in a 'blue' font, then the values have been saved in the database and the player is counted as having played the game. |
| How can I print a blank score sheet with only the Game information included -- no Players in the LineUp column? | If you first Save the LineUp before adding any Players, then the report will have the number of blank lines equal to the Number of Players selected on the LineUp form. |
| How can I print the stats for just the last 3 games? | Before printing the report, set the Active Date Range to include on the last 3 games. In fact, you can set the dates to include any set of games. Afterward, be sure to set the range back to the dates for the complete season. |

Please re-install the software." appears when you try to create a New database file. | The default program path is incorrectly changed when a database is saved in a directory patch other than the program installation path (typically: C:\Program Files\ScoreBook) | Open the Sample.mdb database file that can be found in the program path. Then, close this sample and create a new database by selecting the "New" option under the Files menu. Once the database is created you may save it under a different directory path. |
| Reports do not print and the message "Error# 20535 - Unable to connect: incorrect session parameters.; CrystalReport" appears in the error log when you try to run a report. ScoreBook Assistant uses an Access97 database that requires different drivers. | Send an e-mail to scorebook_assistant@hotmail.com requesting the correct drivers and installation instructions. |
