Congratulations to the 6th grade Knights for taking 1st place in the 2010 Western Washington University MLK Tournament! The 6th grade division included 14 teams. The Knights won games against Sehome, Meridian and Lynden before winning a close 2-point game against a solid Seattle Blues team in the Championship.

The 7th grade Knights won games against Ferndale, Mount Vernon and Edmonds-Woodway to advance to the championship game against Auburn-Riverside in the 16-team, 7th grade division. The championship game was a hard fought, back-and-forth, 1-point game until the final minutes when the Knight's big post man fouled out. Riverside took advantage and went on to win the game by 6 points. Congratulations to our 7th graders for their efforts in a well-played tournament!

The 8th grade Knights went 4-0 at a preseason tournament up at Western Washington University during the weekend of November 14th. The tournament format matched teams up for pool play only. Another great start for the Knights! Great job guys!

Congratulations to the 5th Grade Purple Knights, champions of the 2009 CPC Fall Classic Basketball Tournament hosted by Cedar Park Christian School during the weekend of November 7th! The team fought to the very end, beating a talented Eastside Basketball Club team 23-21 and then winning a double-overtime, sudden death thriller in the championship game 34-33 against a solid Seattle Blues team. Way to start the season Knights!

Attention Knights coaches, players and parents. On July 26, 2009, the Washington State House of Representative passed a bill related to youth sports concussions (i.e. - House Bill 1824, Section 2). The new rules apply to ALL Knights basketball players. Knights coaches, players and parents will be required to read and sign forms related to player concussions sustained during youth sporting events. The concussion forms and information are posted on the left-hand column of this website.

The Knights organization is always on the lookout for quality coaches, especially at the 4th and 5th grade levels. Most Knights coaches keep a team all the way through the 8th grade. It's also a great opportunity for aspiring high school basketball coaches to gain some valuable experience.
