The Knights continued their rampage through the field at the 2009 USBA State Championships by routing a third opponent in as many games by more than 25 points after a 68-37 pounding of Team Richmond USA. Team Richmond USA, like the two previous Knights opponents fell victem to the Knights harassing run and jump defense and found themselves in an early hole. The Knights defense is keyed by guards TaShawn Griffen, Kevin Lewis and Brian Daniels but it is a solid team effort and constant pressure that forces turnovers and sparks the Knights fastbreak. Hot shooting Brian Daniels led the Knights with 12 points while Tracy Elliott and Steve Woods contributed 10 points apeice.
