1st "real game" - kissing my sister

What I want to know is what was said at halftime? If your LB gave up on you then why was he even on the field? Sounds to me like a coaching problem. You have to remember that as a Head Coach you not only evaluate the players, but yourself and the assistants. If your yelling at the boys at halftime, in my opinion, your wasting time. Halftime is your oppurtunity to make adjustments. If you lose a ballgame in the second half, you either didn't make the proper adjustments or you were simply outcoached. I say these thing with all due respect.
It also sounds like you need to work on your basics. Repitition, Repitition, Repitition, and when everyone is sick and tired of this then you repeat it a few more times just to make sure you didn't miss anything. Don't keep adding new things till your foundation is set. Remember it is better to run 5 plays perfectly 100% of the time, than to run 100 plays correctly 5% of the time. I can say all these because I've been there.
Good Luck

You know your good when you can tell the opposing team where your running the ball, and they still can't stop you.
