All Dads offended by Puff and Stuff

Hey guys,

Have you been watching ESPN on Game Day Sunday? Did you see that players are subject to a fine for being overweight? Did you see how these heavier players are concerned with diabetes and cardiovascular disease? Guess I am not as stupid as you guys think I am. I just thank God that my husband (involved directly with football for 28 years) took the time to answer my questions about football. He is a very smart man. He loved football, so that when I watched as a novice and had questions, he always took the time to answer each of my questions, even if it might have "interrupted his train of thought". Now after 15 years together, we can communicate about everything, including football. He never considers me as an "interruption", only as a companion that he can trust for an honest objective opinion. I have enjoyed 15 years of being an intricate part of my husband’s football life through attendance to his games to being an active trainer for his team. I am also proud to be a dedicated fan to the Denver Bronco's and to John Elway since 1983. John is gone much to my dismay, but I am still a staunch fan to this team and will continue my patronage, even with living in the D.C. area. I love football and I admire the people that play the game. Those that truly love and play the game are admirable people that should be appreciated for their dedication, including participating in the required drills.
