Players Getting Hurt as a result of......

its a matter of time, D...we dont have it...and neither do the kids...we give them all we can, believe me...im alot more gray now.....take nothing away from us...the coaches in this league, honestly DO care about the kids...thats why they ve been doing it for so long...none of the head coaches have kids in the program....and we ve all been in the league since, at least, 1993 when i joined....we talk ALOT of football, in general..but, we mostly talk about the kids...but, the league, does not want this to be a "bigger that life" kind of deal..they want it to be simple, and to be fun....so, thats what we try to do...we try to teach the basics, and yes, we try to win....NONE of us have extensive playbooks, or have the kids study films, or any of that...we all do that at home...the high school coach wants us to be a "farm team" for them, which, i guess we are, in a way...but, we do our own thing...we all work on fundementals every day, we all yell alot, we all make them run, we all demand near perfection, we all want to win, but we all keep it as simple as we can for them...and we all CARE about them!!!! (sorry, dont know where that came from)
