playing time

wrong!!!!the kids all want to win, and the coaches do to, believe me, we re all competitors...but the league wasnt set up for that....its stricltly a "its not if you win or lose, but HOW yu play the game" league...and yes, of course, we want them to succeed, dont be foolish...b our priority is teaching them HOW to play, and HOW to win...thats our aenda...to play as many kids as possible...and withing that ...we stress all the same aspects as you do...attitude, sportsmanship, hustle..hard work...etc..etc....but when these kids get to the 8th grade (next level)...the coaches have different agendas....alot of them sit....most get changed to different positions, etc....kids that were starters for us, and were the toughest hardest hitters on the team, and in the league, dont even get a chance to play cuz they are "too small" and might get hurt...whats up with that? we have discussions with the 8th grade coaches all the time about players....you'd fit right in with them....thats why im glad to be associated with the league i am...
