HELP ME LEARN?

hey all,
ive really enjoyed meeting you all, and reading your views on plays and teams and all, and hope to learn even more....so, im gonna ask you some questions, i hope you dont mind....cuz the one thing that really seems to stick out with me is the difference there is in the league im in, and the one most of you are in....thats why im asking...to learn more...not just about philosophy..

a) age of your team? (mine are in 5th/6th/7th)
b) type of league youre in?city? or school? (ours is run by the recreation dept...which is an arm of the board of ed....
c) are you paid employees? (we are, but it aint much, and noone does it for that reason, nor could you buy much gas or beer for it...)
d) do you undergo background checks? (we have fbi background checks on ALL coaches, as well as finger print, and photo ids taken)
e) how many kids on your squad? (we had 33 this year, but more normally is 23)
f) how many coaches? (we re only allowed 2...no budget for more, i guess)
g) how big is the town you play in? (we re in a small suburb of cleveland...city kids...6 elemetary schools, 3 middle schools, one high school-public...also 2 catholic elemetary schools, one catholic high school)
h) are you affiliated with any school? or are you stictly extra curricular, like little league?(we all feed into the hs...the head coach there "oversees" the program, so to speak...but not really)
i) do you have sponsors? (i.e. the bobs sunoco chiefs....) we dont...
j) how many teams in your league? (we only have 4, expanding to 6 next year)
k) how many games you play? (6 reg season..everyone plays at least one playoff game)
L) what size of football does your league use? (ours is the medium size)
m) do you have a "special qtr" rule? a qtr where your bteam plays their bteam?
(ours is the 2nd qtr...its 3mins longer than the other 3qtrs, 10 mins..we have no half time)
n) how many refs does your league use?
(we only can use 2...no money for 3)
o) where do you get your uniforms/equipment from?
(ours are bought thru the high school, but smaller sizes, and diffent color jerseys is all...everyone has white helmets (unpainted) and white pants..the larger kids have to get their equipment right from the high school...helmets are retested and repainted white every year...some are thrown out new ones bought )
p) do you have a football (sports) banquet? (we dont...no budget for it i guess...the parents got together last year and had a picnic at the end of the season...and bought the kids tshirts ...cool...but nothing this year...the price we pay for losing i guess, haha)
