again, we re in two different worlds...there are only 4 teams in our league..(its expanding to 6 next year)...theres only 2 coaches per team...(i got stuck on 2nd shift 1/2 the season this year, and recruited one of my former players to help out my assistant when i wasnt there)...the other coaches have all been in this league since the early 90s...im the "junior officer" of the bunch, i started in '93....everyone knows everyone, we all sit down and evaluate all the players together before the draft, and we all learn from each other...and whatever else we can pick up along the (like the no huddle, or whatever) all depends on the players we have...we all practice on the same field, and we all play our games on the same field...we still watch each other, dog each other, and love to beat each other, and yes, scout each other from the press box...the league is as simple as it can get..thats not a bad thing...but, im always watching, and reading, and doing whatever i can to learn, thats why i think this is such a cool place, to be able to talk to all you guys from different places, with different systems, ideas, and ideals....
