Should The headcoach Be Responsible For His Coaches Actions On The Field Yes/ No

By: Coach Brown
Add to Mixx!

I believe that the head coach should be in control of his coaches when it comes to the welfare of the children!Although its really hard to control the foul mouth of an adult! But the coach really has to stress to the oter coaches that were still dealing with children and were obligated to be POSITIVE role models on and off the field since we chos this life as a coach. In our league we have a coaches ethics that each coach has to sign at the start of the season, which includes things like no cussing, smoking, drinking, fighting etc. around these boys! If it continues its a blatant violation of the coaches ethics and the foul mouth coach should be removed! But the head coach has to at least try to stop this & if he doesn't try to stop it he SHOULD be held responsible!
