Weight Limits

I can tell that you have been spending more time with rockets than you have with football. Unlimited weight football has existed for a long time. It is called HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL. This type of football has filtered down to middle school and lower school grade levels in many parts of the United States of America. Football should be an opportunity for all kids, not just 13 year old, 100lb little kids with 7 years of experience. If you fear for juniors safety maybe he should be in the band or chess club. Injuries are inherent to the game of football. When the little kid gets biggerand hopefully plays high school football, be careful because there might be a 300 lb. athlete on the other team. What will you do then? By the way, the idea is to let kids of like age & grade level to play, not a 13 year old vs. an adult(dad). And to fulfill your curiosity of who started no weight limit football in your area, I cannot answer that, but I do know that I started it in Baltimore and hundreds of high school players, their parents and coaches are glad that I did. LET THE BIG GUY'S PLAY!
