Here's the chili recipe that everyone is asking for. It fueled Attack
18U to a
Gold medal at the 18U Challenge Cup, and the Red Hawks to a Gold medal at the
16U Bugarski Cup. We ran out quickly and everyone
wanted more - four batches per tournament is recommended, if you are hosting.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion chopped
1 celery stalk sliced
1 green pepper chopped
500 g lean ground beef
1 28 oz can tomatoes
2 cans tomato soup
1 can mixed beans or kidney beans
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp chili powder
Instructions:
Cook onion, celery
and green pepper in oil until onion is transparent.
Add meat and cook
until browed. Drain fat.
Add tomatoes, soup,
salt, vinegar and chili powder.
