Here's the chili recipe that everyone is asking for.  It  fueled Attack 18U to a Gold medal at the 18U Challenge Cup, and the Red Hawks to a Gold medal at the 16U Bugarski Cup.  We ran out quickly and everyone wanted more - four batches per tournament is recommended, if you are hosting.
 
Ingredients:

2 tbsp oil
1 large onion chopped
1 celery stalk sliced
1 green pepper chopped
500 g lean ground beef
1 28 oz can tomatoes
2 cans tomato soup
1 can mixed beans or kidney beans
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp chili powder


Instructions:

Cook onion, celery and green pepper in oil until onion is transparent. 

Add meat and cook until browed.  Drain fat.

Add tomatoes, soup, salt, vinegar and chili powder.

Let simmer 15 minutes.

Add beans and cook 5 minutes more.
