2004-2005 Girls Competitive Teams developing character through the pursuit of excellence Quick Links Competitive teams provide an opportunity for our House League players to take their skills to the next level.  Teams range in age from 12 to 18.  With two Ontario Tier 1 championships and two Tier 1 medals at the National level, the 13 girls teams fielded by Durham Attack in 2005 made us one of the most successful clubs in Ontario.   :Girls History :2005-2006 Coaches :2005-2006 Tryouts :Boys Teams 2004-2005 Durham Attack's girls' teams had a very successful season in 2004-2005 with two medals at the Tier 1 Nationals (U14 Black and U14 Red), two Provincial Tier 1 champions (U14 and U17) and numerous medals and top 5 finishes in all age groups.    Teams         U12 2004-2005: 3 Teams U12 volleyball provides an introduction to the competitive game.  Teams consist of 9 players and games require equal playing time with mandatory rotation and the five serve rule.  U12 volleyball provides the perfect foundation for developing competitive players.  At the U12 championships all three Durham Attack teams placed in the top five.  Lookout U14! Attack Black Zone C 2nd Attack Red Zone C 4th Attack White Sharks Zone C 5th   U12 Sharks   U14 2004-2005: 4 Teams Attack fielded 4 teams in 2005 and was the only club in Ontario to qualify two teams for Ontario Tier 1: Attack Black and Red.  Along with tournaments in Ontario our U14 teams traveled to tournaments in Quebec and to the Nationals in Antigonish NS.  With two medals at the National level, and very strong finishes from White and Silver, we anticipate great things in U15 next year. Attack Black National Tier 1 5th Ontario Tier 2 Champions Attack Red National Tier 3 Champions Ontario Tier 2 5th   U15 Black U15 Red  U16 2004-2005: 1 Team Our U16 competitive team played in OVA Zone 5.  In 2005 our U16 Attack Black team played at the Nationals in Sherbrooke and in Buffalo NY.  Attack Black National Tier 3 Silver Medalists Ontario Tier 1 Bronze Medalists   U16 Black   U17 2004-2005: 1 Team Our U17 competitive team played in OVA Zone 5, and for the second straight year our U17 team won the Provincial championship.  They'll all be back next year, stronger than ever.
