Durham Attack
Girls 15U Black Volleyball Team won a Gold Medal at the 15U Provincial Cup in
Madoc on November 12th, to qualify the team for future competition at OVA 15U
Tier 1 level. The team picked up where they left off last year, winning
their first 15U tournament of this year, following an undefeated season in
age-group OVA play last year.

Durham Attack Black got off to a fast start, winning both Pool Play games (Madoc
Centre Stars 25-8, 25-9 and Kingston Pegasus 25-18, 25-7) and the cross-over
match (Ottawa Maverick Outlaws 25-1, 25-11), before mastering Marc Garneau
Astros of Trenton in the semi-finals.
The Gold medal final was the best match of the day, with Durham Attack
prevailing over the National Capitals 15U from Ottawa, who will compete at 16U
Tier 1, by scores of 25-11, 25-18.
Next up is a tournament December 3rd, which will match the 15U team against 16U
competitors in OVA 16U Tier 2.
