Attack 15U Red Valentines Day Tournament Quick Links Story by Maxine Cudlip; photos by John Lee :all articles :photo gallery On February 14th the girls of 15u Red drove out to Brampton for our first Premier Division tournament of the season!  Our first game was very exciting!  We played the number one seeded team in the tournament Aurora Storm.  We fought hard and played great defense unfortunately we lost by a mere few points. The other pool game was also a tough match.  We played Toronto West and fought hard but couldn’t manage a win. During our cross-over we had to play the powerhouse team- Scarborough Titans!  With a couple of good hitters and servers it made this game quite difficult.  We tried our best on defense and managed to dig up many of those hard hits.  Unfortunately for the team we couldn’t pull out a win!   For our last game of the day we played the talented Georgetown Impact.  The game was close throughout, but Impact was able to pull away near the end and took 9th. Luckily for our team there were home made cupcakes waiting for us after our long hard day!  It was a great tasty treat! Big thanks to our coaches Linda, Paul and Chelsea.  Although this tournament wasn’t up to our expectations, hopefully with some more practice we will be back up in Premier Division and ready to play!
