In 2007-2008 Durham Attack had another strong season,  adding two more National Championships and four more Provincial Championships to the success of the past two seasons.  That makes it 10 national championships and 10 provincial championships in three years.

Coaches

Again this season we were blessed with great coaches, and its due to their talent and commitment to the sport of volleyball and to the development of our athletes that we were able to accomplish what we did.

Girls' Results

2007-2008 Girls Teams - rosters, photos and articles

Our girls' teams had another great year with two repeat National Championships - with 17U Black winning their 5th straight Canadian Open and a national championship for each of the past four years, and 15U Black winning the 15U East title while winning Bronze in the West.

Provincially, our girls won four Provincial Championships.  We were in the top 3 teams in every age group, winning the Ontario Tier 1 Gold medal in 14u, 15u, 16u and 17u, and Tier 1 Bronze medals in 13u and 18u.

Out 15U Black girls had a phenomenal season - winning provincial championships in both 15U and 16U!

During the summer beach season, our girls won the Provincial Championship in 14U and 16U, a Silver medal in 16u, and Bronze medals in 16u and 18u.

Boys' Results

2007-2008 Boys Teams - rosters, photos and articles

Provincially our boys' teams finished in the top 5 in Tier 1 in 15u, 16u and 18u.

Nationally, our 17u boys finished 4th, just missing the bronze medal in a toughly fought 15-12 tie-breaker.
