We started our exciting journey of the Bugarski Cup driving a 5 hour car ride to Windsor (through a harsh snow storm) where we would play another Tier 1 tournament.  We started the day off by playing the Stratford Stingers.  We came off with a win for the first set.  Although the second set was a little bit less impressive, it was close till the last couple of serves were the Stingers won by a mere 7 points, but Attack Red pulled through during the third and final set winning 15-7.

The next team we would play would be Aurora Storm; we tried hard during the first set but ended up losing by 10-25. We went in to the second set with nothing to lose we still pushed as far as we could go but only making it to 13-25.

Sadly we lost Hailey, one of our setters after playing Storm due to a soft tissue back injury and she left to the hospital, but returned later in the day.  Trying to keep our intensity level up high, we went in with a lot of confidence to play Selects 94.  It was a close 1st set but we ended up winning 26-24, thankfully we recovered because at one point we were down by an astonishing 12 points!  During the second set it wasn't as close but we still won the final score being 25-23.

We then played our family member Attack Black.  We fought hard during the first set, after many passes, sets and hits the score board read 21-25 in favor of Attack Black. The second set was still tough, Black still beat us but by another close score this time 17-25 for Black.

Our last match of the day had to be the most intense and difficult against Impact.  The first set we won 25-21, we tried hard on the second set but we lost 22-25.  When we entered the third set it was tough, sadly we ended up losing 13-15.

At the end of the tournament we kept our spot still seeded 7th overall.  A big thanks to all the parents that took their time off to drive to Windsor and support us.  Also we all want to thank our coaches Darryl, John and Linda, and a big Congrats to all the girls you all played amazing!
