In 2006-2007 Durham Attack repeated their national success of the previous season, with our girls sweeping Nationals East in Moncton and our 1991's again winning Nationals West in Calgary.  And our 18U girls won Bronze at Nationals, their best finish ever.

But Provincial Championships were elusive, despite many of our teams dominating much of the season.  Although we won Tier 1 Provincial Silver in five age groups, only one team emerged with a Provincial Championship.
Coaches

Again this season we were blessed with great coaches, and its due to their talent and commitment to the sport of volleyball and to the development of our athletes that we were able to accomplish what we did.

Girls' Results

Our girls' teams earned four National Championships including 14U, 15U and 16U East, and 16U West.  Our 18U team won Bronze at Nationals in Abbotsford - the strongest finish for an Ontario team in many years, for a total of 5 National medals in Tier 1.

Provincially, we were the leading contender in many age groups for much of the season, but in the end only our 16U's won the Provincial Championship.

Our 16U Black girls completed a perfect 16U season with a 60-0 match record, winning both Nationals East & West, Ontario, and the Ohio Valley Region National Challenge.

And we fielded more teams than the previous year and are especially proud of the progress of our younger teams, who foretell a bright future for Durham Attack.

During the summer beach season, our girls won the Provincial Championship in 12U, 14U and 16U, and won 18U Tier 2; and won the National Championship in 14U and 16U, and won 14U Tier 2.

Boys' Results

Our boys' teams came oh so close to provincial championships, winning three Silvers and one Bronze in the tier 1, losing some very close tie-breakers in the process.

Nationally, our 15U boys were close to the medals, with a 4th place finish at Nationals East.
