Durham Attack | 15U Red Hawks Place 5th at 16U Bugarski Cup

Coming off their Silver Medal win in Kingston the 15U Red Hawks had a solid showing at the 16U March 31st tournament.

After pool play concluded they won their first playoff match against DRVC in three games. This put them up against the 16U Toronto Toros where they hung tough but lost both games while scoring 19 points in each game.

The next opponent was the 16U club from Interclub. After winning the first game 25-21 we lost the second 16-25. This put us into a tiebreaker for 5th place. Although a close game the girls prevailed with a 15-12 victory capturing 5th place.

Even though we finished out of the medals we had a solid performance which will bode well for the upcoming provincials in Cambridge. Everything is now coming together and a Provincial medal is certainly in our reach.
