The 17U
Girls Black & White team brought home the Tier 2 17U Burgarski Cup
tournament Gold medal from Burlington on Feb. 24th, which will enable
them to move up to Tier 1 for the Provincials. The girls
dominated their pool all day with strong hitting and blocking.
In the first cross the National Caps were defeated 25-12 and 25-18.
Excellent skills prevailed in the semi’s as the girls beat Forest City
25-13, 25-17. For the gold medal match the 17’s faced Pakmen,
winning 25-18, 25-20.
The 17U
Black and Gold team truly plays together as a team, supporting and
encouraging each other while enjoying some laughs off the court.
