The Red
Hawks attended their second tournament of the year with mixed results.
Although the desired end result wasn’t attained, by the end of the day the team
was playing much closer to their capabilities.
The day started
off slow, losing to the Falcons in a third game. The team then beat the
Ottawa Kangaroos in two straight to finish second in Pool A.
In the cross-over
game we lost to the eventual winners DRVC 14U in yet again a third game tie
breaker.
The last game was
against the Kingston Pegasus where the girls really came together winning two
straight games to finish the day in 5th place.
Based on the way
the team finished the tournament, the next tournament will be a much better
result!
