Durham Attack | 13U Red Wins Silver at Provincial Cup

After a rather tough start in our first 14U Tournament in Kingston a few weeks ago, the girls came back with vengeance, winning ALL of their Pool Games against DRVC Orange, Northumberland Ice, and DRVC Blue. The morning started off with back to back games and wins against DRVC Orange 25-17, 25-12 and then the Northumberland Ice 25-19, 25-13. Their final game in pool play was against the DRVC Blue team where the girls once again came out with a win 25-12, 26-24. At the cross over their first game was against Northumberland Storm, which the Red Team again won 25-12, 25-9.

Their next opponent was Akwesasne where they would come out on top again 25-18, 26-24.

The final game was now a Durham Attack show with the Red team facing the Black team. After a great day on the courts the 13U Red Team came away with a well deserved silver medal after finishing up 11-25 and 13-25 in the final game against Attack Black. The 13U Red will now move into Tier 1 for their next tournament.

The girls showed real teamwork today. Way to go girls!
