 |
Barry has been a member of the Durham Attack Volleyball Club for six
years now; four as a parent volunteer and the last three coaching.
After watching both Lindsay and Michael play with the club, the
volleyball bug had taken hold and Barry joined the coaching ranks in

championships virtually every player has been coached by Barry at one
time or another.

age he was a fixture in the gym, following his brother Hoi around to
practices and tournaments. Kevin has played with the
Bronte beach volleyball club and has been a member of the coaching
staff with both Bronte Beach and the Titans Volleyball Club.
During 2006-2007 Kevin helped
coach the 16U Black team to the Ontario, National East and National

We look for more great things
from Kevin this year as the head coach of 17U Red.

Jean
Neilly |
Jean
has taught with the Durham Board for almost 28 years and has coached
volleyball there for all but 5 years, using those years to concentrate
on being a single parent of one son, Keith.
She
played high school volleyball with a passion. This passion has been
carried over to hundreds of girls at the elementary school level.
Her school team won the Regionals in 2000, were runners-up in her area
last year and just won the Areas this year, putting them back into the
Sweet 16.
Durham Attack has been a part of her life for 5 years. Jean has
her full NCCP Level 1 certification and has completed the Level 2
technical course successfully. With Attack she has coached 14U,
15U and 13U.
The
best part for Jean is working with girls who have a passion for
volleyball and seeing them develop into skillful players who
demonstrate integrity and good sportsmanship.
She
is looking forward to a fun and successful year with 14U Black this
season.

Paul
Switzer |
Paul, our proverbial "Batman" has been with the club for four years
now. A hockey and lacrosse fan, Paul easily made the transition
to volleyball where he shared his love of sport, his passion for life
and his comic nature with all. Paul began as an assistant coach
with the Midget program before making the transition to head coach in
the 14U program. As the coach for the 14U White team for the
last two seasons, Paul took great pride in providing opportunities for
girls to learn the game of volleyball. His joy of seeing an
athlete develop is evident in everything he does.
