Each team shall nominate one 'parent representative' to attend all Durham Attack Club meetings.
Two club-wide meetings are of special importance:
An Annual General Meeting to ensure that all interests and problems have been addressed for the season, prior to the first tournament (generally early September). At that time coaches will be announced, fees discussed, goals for the season set, etc.
A spring meeting - a "celebration" after the last club tournament in the spring - shall be held to commemorate successes during the season, to present awards, and to honor those who have worked hard to make the club what it is.
Each team is responsible for fund raising.  All monies raised are the property of the individual teams.  Each and every parent is asked to participate in fund raising.  Collectively the club can then draw on the enthusiasm and support of hundreds of parents in raising funds for to support the goals of the club.
