National Champs 15U Black
After a tough pool day on Friday and an early loss that came back to haunt
our 14U Red girls in the Power Pool seedings, the girls came out strong and
went 12 - 0 on Saturday and Sunday to take home a Nationals East Gold for
Tier 3 in Moncton. Way to go girls! What a great ending to a
fantastic year.
17U Black went a
perfect 18-0 at the 2008 17U Open in Ottawa to win their sixth straight Canadian
Open and claim a National Championship for the fourth straight year.
Sick rally in the finals...
Though placed in
tough pools all the way through the girls didn't drop a single set.
Faced with 4 set
points in the second game of the finals, Attack fought
off the challenge from Manitoba Storm and closed out the set and match
30-28 to keep their perfect record.
