I'm also a cheerleader and I've been cheering since I was in 7th grade. People in my school think that all cheerleaders are sluts or that they have no intelegance and are a bunch of dumb blonds. They must not know look around to much because I'm not a slut and I have a GPA of 3.4, but yes I'm also sick of people always believing the sterotype of cheerleaders. It takes alot of hard work to be a cheerleader! My high school has been state champs in Maine four times in the past six years and during compotetion season we practice six days a week. On Saturdays we have four hour practices or six hour practices. I'm not just a cheerleader but I also run track during the spring. I'm a stuburn person who will not sit out if I am injured so when I torn ligaments in both my ankles I didn't tell anyone till I couldn't walk. I also reinjure my ankles every track season; only because I love to run. Other than that I must agree that the sterotype is very wrong and people need to stop looking at that as the person insted of the person themselves.
