How to be a good captain

In order to be a good captain you must first posess leadership, responsibility, motivation, and organization. All of these are very important and if you don't have these, don't be a captain. It is a very prestigious position and holds a lot of responsibility. You must teach cheers, organize practices and pep rallies, keep the squad in line, and generally have a good grasp of what you are doing. Just be prepared and have fun, all the while getting things done!!!!
