NEED HELP AND DIAGRAMS

Well the defense you play really depends on the other team as much as it does your team. But lets assume your point guard is also your best defensive player. If you are playing a team with another strong guard I would go with a box and one. Obviously if your opponents strongest player is a 6' center then you might want to go with a 2-3.

As far as plays/offenses, use sets with lots of movement and cutting, especially stuff that frees your point guard without the ball. You will find the other team pressuring you point guard when he has the ball so get him open without the ball (ex. after entry pass to wing).

I'll put together a couple of offenses/plays and e-mail you with them.
