This will be rather lengthy, but I wanted to share what our parents came up with for our Code of Conduct. Since our team's mission, in part, is character development, we decided to cover as many bases as possible, and wanted to include all associated. Some of this will be familiar, as I borrowed many of the ideas. Thanks. If this post doesn't come out, I'll re-post on our web site. Jeff THE FOLLOWING CODE OF CONDUCT WILL BE OBSERVED BY ALL PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN CRUSADERS, INCLUDING COACHES, PARENTS, AND PLAYERS, AND BAT BOYS. Expectations of coaches . Will encourage players in a positive manner and strive to sandwich criticism around positive feedback. . Will make the time to address concerns or conflicts expressed by players or parents in a Christian manner to all involved. .
