LL Farm(7&8) rule question.

Keep the rule. At this age, the base runners have a huge advantage. Kids simply aren't skilled enough as a group to stop runners through solid throwing and tagging. If you remove this rule, it won't take your coaches long to figure out that they can run all day, even on balls hit less than 20 feet. Defensively, coaches will quickly abandon any hope of throwing runners out properly and simply assign their best athlete to the pitching circle and tell him to run down any runners he can.

Total chaos, and certainly not "more like baseball."
