LL Farm(7&8) rule question.

I think at this age, control of the game is more important. With 9s and 10s you see the ball thrown all over the place in search of an out, I can't even imagine 7&8. I view this as an invitation to chaos.

At 7&8, kids don't need to be taught aggressive baserunning. That skill is much more easily learned than the skills of learning when to defense aggressively and when to hold the ball. There are a lot of 11&12 players who haven't learned this yet, let alone at 7&8.
