LL Farm(7&8) rule question.

Keep the rule!!! If you get rid of it, you will see a complete breakdown in play because all the coaches will push the fielders to make the throws and advance runners on errors. Let's be serious, most 7 & 8 year olds can barely catch, much less throw out the lead runner at third with a well placed tag. You will see more singles turned into homeruns than you could possibly imagine. Ask your board how many times in a real baseball game they've seen a runner advance when the pitcher is holding the ball.
