Tournament Team Coach Selection

Steve, how do you manage to do this? It seems to me that by doing this your league is putting more emphasis on all-stars, than in the regular season. (I think your idea is GREAT, however). My concern with our league is that it becomes a popularity contest for the board to elect the coaches, but I agree, the BEST coach should be coaching the team. Also, does your all-team just go to the L.L. district, etc. tournys, or do they go to other tournies, as well? JT.
