So... what type of bat should an 11 YO get?

Robert, I used a white TPX, 30"/20 ounces; and a 28"/18 ounces. Neither bat was any good. The sting stop is nothing more than a piece of rubber in the end of the bat handle (one of them fell out). I cannot speak for any other bat they make. On the other hand, I have purchased a Easton Black Magic, Reflex, and Redline, and have been pleased with all of them. If you are wondering why I have so many, as the manager I bought for the team.
