Benefits of fungo bats????

By: Walter Kiriaka
Add to Mixx!

Wouldn't think of running my practices anymore without it. The fungo's vary in weight, the light one I have means someone can bat flys without tiring as easy. I've tried wood and metal. Some are very pricy, my favorite turned out to be a $70.00 Easton Metal that I have had for 4 years, very durable and I am just now begining to notice that the balls are not coming off the bat as they once did (either that or I am getting older.), My fungo is used constantly from Jan (winter camp) to August.
