Thanks, now I see that we are on the same page. I believed I missed understood your interpetation of the rule. I thought the subject was L.L. Because, in L.L. obstruction occur with the ball , not everyday but it does happen. What, my point is if a runner runs into a defender ,he still has to be tagged, sliding or standing. This is where I think , I miss understood you at. Why this is common in youths is due to lack of experience. And is almost never called.
