high school and college scouts
By: Bear
If there is a kid in the USA that can play at the next level, the pro scouts will find 'em. The art of it all is to correctly project a kids talent and skill for big league prospect. As far as college recruiters go, it is more appropriate for your son to go looking at their school. Then the college recruiters get to see your son, and your son get's to see the college and college recruiter. If your son can play at the best of collegiate levels, look into taking on a few collegiate baseball games at the SEC, PAC-10, & ACC. If you son wants to play baseball in college and go to school (which is the best of both worlds), he may want to reconsider a JUCO, or NAIA, rather than a Sr. College. For other NCAA Conferences check out their schedules and Sagarin's ranking. If you son goes to the best of private HS's, and can play a little baseball, it may very well be a can't miss for him at the Ivy league baseball programs. What state do you live in? cheers Bear
