Great idea , as long as the kids get to play. Developement, is another way of saying being taught something. If you can teach the kids, your ahead of the game. Do you move children up that are an exception to this new system ? How do you handle birthdates? Will I be correct in assuming this is little league? If so, How does the post season work?
