Travel team tryouts

Great question, as I will be doing the same for my same-age team--but with only 4-5 slots to fill.
I expect the first day will be run like a practice--basic and advanced drills geared to find out the players' abilities and limitations.
The second day will be live pitching and hitting--some intersquad and instruction. A big reason for wanting to instruct is to find out which players are willing to attempt to make change, and to find those who are unwilling.
