LL Draft Plan--points, please

The system IS allowed under LL guidelines. The system we use is achived below. Players and their points remain with their teams, as indicated. The drawback in our method, is that we allow a head coach to name one assistant, at a cost of 5000 points, and can only have one named assistant, all in contradiction to draft rules.
