An Open Question for Everyone

I don't know maybe it's me. But I hate when kids miss a practice and really get POed when they miss a game. A child thats sick is one thing, a child that misses for religious reason is also one thing, but a player that misses for a vacation or swimming or something of that nature is unexcusable.Truthfully I don't want to hear it. You sign up for baseball you play baseball, you sign up for music lessons or drama lessons or birthday parties, you play those things. Although I coach a 12u team in a few more years these kids will try to playing high school sports, then what?
No, missing practices and games show a lack of disicpline and inconsideration for you team and all the others who braeak their butts to get there no matter what. Personally you want to do other things go play somewhere else.
