Looks like the most talked about post in along time.It has been a great idea Darrell.
I'm 44 and live in Seattle with a great wife of 17 yrs and 3 wonderful kids age 8,13, &14.
I coach a 13/14 yr old Pony team and this is my 1st year with this group.
I've coached for 6 yrs now been active on 2 different boards and the field manager for 2 different organizations.
I do not have the playing experience many of you have so I've been a self taught coach thru clinics,videos,books,and baseball camps.
Ive had the fortune to coach 3 all star teams but I do not have the experience that many of you have, thats why I enjoy visting boards like this so I can learn from those that have been there.
I build custom furniture for a living and baseball is my only hobby.
