With HS aged with 20 campers, Our Long Hitting Practice 3 per week takes about 90 minutes. In 12&U with 12 players this is Our Basic Long Hitting Practice 1 x per week takes about 45 minutes, with the 'extra kids shagging live BP, while 'resting'. Our goals for every day of camp is 100 throws, 100 swings, 100 fly balls, 100 ground balls. cheers Bear ps. One of my favorite 'baseball books' 'Pitching in the Pinch' (orig version) One of my favorite video's A 1985 'best seller' of the youngster swinging a bat off the tee in the basement. As a matter of mention, the 2 yr olds hitting stroke back then, is as 'natural' as it is today and as it will be tommorrow.
So for those whom have read this far, take the most important video's at the youngest of ages. Make backup copies & store it in a safe place. Then email me.
