Follow up Roger Conditioning for Mature Teens & Kids (Cross Training)

Glad to see your reference to cross training with other sports. Too many baseball people try to get these kids to play only baseball and I personally think this is a big mistake. Not only do I see your point about the physical part, I also think it is good for the kids mental and emotional well being. They need variety and sometimes just plain need a break. But BASEBALL will always be #1 with me. BTW great info.
