Try 2 5/8 minus 3 in 99 CWS

JT,
1/2 right. The NCAA appears to have said
to be using 2 5/8" bats (-3) for 99 College
World Series.
ACC will be (& has) discussing following suit.
Other conferences has followed, but not
all. I've heard (as you pointed out)
some conferences already took another leap
and will not use metal.
At this time......things are confusing:
(Does the words No Clue At All.....help)
a) Implementation details. Who decides?
b) Litigation issues: Whose negligent ?
c) Rule Changes: Who decides ?
d) Who enforced: Umpires need this headache ?
